Today I had an appointment to get my summer tires and rims installed at 10AM. I arrived early for the appointment and went on a tour of the store arriving back in Automotive at 10:50AM, only to find my car still sitting in the parking lot. I spoke to the service advisor and the car went into the service bay at 11:00AM. The work was completed at 11:35AM and I paid the bill however; when I arrived at the car the snow tires were not there as instructed. It appears that prompt and correct service is no longer a priority. And there was no apology provided. I won't be back...

Jennifer may be one of the most rude and disrespectful people I have ever met. And when told she sits there staring at the wall like the blank human she is. Was in there trying to buy 2000$ tires but now will be going somewhere else. I have never wrote a negative review before but she needs to be fired. John is a wonderful guy though

Tried to purchase a pressure washer today.Online said 1 in stock.. upon getting to the store and not finding it they brought it up from “clearance “ with a broke wand . 279$ it was priced at …The price itself is on for 279 on discontinued…They kept trying to convince me the broke price was “half off” while the unit itself new in box was the same as the broken one in the clearance rack….Manager kept arguing that it’s “half off” when in fact it was the same price as new in box ….I had to drive to a near by store and get the same product NOT broken for the same price as the broken one they r trying to sell…..

As slow as molasses in January, that's the only way I can describe my experience with their automotive department today. I had an appointment for 1 PM to have a tire repaired which should have been relatively quick, but, they didn't even get my car into the building until nearly 2 PM. What's the point of having an appointment for 1 when it takes that long just to drive the car into the building and have to wait yet another hour?Any past dealings with their automotive services have been painfully slow. Unless you have a morning or afternoon to waste, I'd recommend spending the $15 to buy the repair kit and learn how to do it yourself.

I love the garden centre. The woman who runs it does an excellent job. She’s very knowledgeable and works hard. It’s always well stocked, with lots of variety and high quality plants. It’s every bit as good as the nurseries in the areas. She knows which suppliers to get the best plants from. I’ve always been happy with the plants I’ve bought here. Always something on sale as well. You can find really good deals on perennials towards the end of the season.

The store was in impeccable shape! I asked an associate for direction and she was pleasant, and another associate asked if I needed assistance when I was checking some things out....again, nice. One of the best Canadian Tire stores I have ever been in.

I have found this store to be one of the best Canadian Tires for customer service and the has been a dramatic improvement over the last three years. I am a decidedly unhandyman, and this store is a godsend for people like me. They provided me with a floor model BBQ, so no nightmares and xtra pieces or set up fees. They put together my fireplace at a reasonable cost. And they were $300 cheaper and far more knowledgeable than a specialty garage door opening company in the area. They also give you two years equal monthly payment no interest. Word to the wise. Watch for sale. They are the real deals

We had an exceptional customer experience today in the Automotive Centre. After my son unfortunately got two flat tires on a weekend visit to Collingwood, we were unable to find anywhere that was able to help or who even had tires in stock. Despite the Canadian Tire Automotive Centre being completely booked for the next three days, Mustafa and Ivan went out of their way to find replacement tires and install them the same day! We truly appreciated their understanding of the situation and willingness to try to help. We can't thank them enough for going above and beyond to exceed our expectations!
