TGi Quartz And Granite - East End Showroom (Hawthorne)

Had an absolutely excellent experience with TGI replacing our kitchen countertops and adding one for a new island. Professional, excellent service and competitive prices. From meeting with Liz (and Zoe) for choice options and finalizing the quote, to Steve who did the measurements in our kitchen, and finally to Louay and Basher who did an amazing job on the installation, we couldn't have asked for better or more pleasant and considerate service. I would highly recommend TGI to family and friends - and anyone looking for quality and attention to detail.

Worst experience. Company took no accountability to deliver quality service to us. They took full payment in advance, still have not delivered part of products. False advertisement of free Vanities.

This past summer 2022 I renewed my kitchen. “TGI Quartz & Granite” was referred to me by several neighbours who were extremely pleased with Liz’s suggestions in choosing a counter, the professional measuring by laser and the installation. I experienced the same excellent service. The installers who forgot to silicone the island were back the same day apologizing profusely. I thanked them & complimented them on their professionalism. I highly recommend buying your quartz or granite counters at TGI. Every single person I spoke with or emailed is incredibly professional, extremely respectful and 100% aim to please their customers.

TGi Hawthorne is the best showroom in the east-end to purchase your own stone (granite and quartz) countertop.
