I've been with MBI for more than a year now as IT Field Tech. We had projects with one of the big 5 (banks) in Canada, Government and several huge corporations.If you are interested in IT industry as entry level or even want to building up your career with the big names on your profile. MBI definitely the best company to work with.

I worked at MBI for 2 years as a project coordinator before moving on in mid-2021. I enjoyed every weekday spent there and the owners/management are good, honest people. The 1-star reviews claiming this company is not legit" are a little disconcerting; I guess I must have hit my head pretty hard to hallucinate 2 years of my professional life."

As for someone who is looking to purchase form MBI - look elsewhere: the seller sells compromised quality, malfunctional IT items.Was trying to purchase one of the products, when arrived the seller started testing (swapping cables, power supplies) to make the item work, however was very unsuccessful.It almost looks like the seller is trying his luck selling to someone who will not ask to test the item prior making a purchase.Don't be convinced just by the product description - ask for a proof.

I have worked for MBI Services as an independent contractor over the past three years. With over 25 years in the technology field, the past three have been the most enjoyable.Management within the company is supportive, understanding, respectful and always provides guidance when required.I have had the opportunity to work on engaging and challenging projects. I now work as a project lead when required.Any hard-working, skilled professional will thrive at MBI. Like any job, you get out of it what you put in.I would recommend working for MBI, whether you are new or have 25 plus years in the technology sector.As for the 1 and 2-star reviews, nothing in life comes easily. Performance reviews are standard within any company. I suspect these reviews are directly related to termination due to performance issues.Do not let the negative reviews hinder your career opportunity. I have been at MBI for almost 5 years now as I write this. Started as a field tech, worked hard, and now I'm currently a project coordinator. Like any other workplace, you will get out of it what you put in. Seems a lot of people are under the impression that you will be spoon fed hours and money with minimal effort. I'm seeing a lot of 1-star reviews, and I can't help but feel like these are spam reviews from people who never actually worked here, or were terminated due to poor attitude/work ethic. Either way, I enjoy my time with MBI, and they treat me well. I know that if you are a skilled and professional worker, you will be rewarded for your efforts.

I have worked on & off for the past 3 years with MBI, and have enjoyed it all the way. I have shown up for work & completed my tasks every single day & the company in return has been supportive & true to their contract. They have banks, government agencies & other reputed multi billion dollar worth corporations as clients, that I have worked for in the past three years. The Team manager & coordinators were always professional and available to any issues or concerns you may have with regards to getting the job done.

Been at MBI for a year now, great working environment! Systematic protocols, flexibility, experience gain and opportunity to work for various projects the company takes on. Received proper training when I started and always had help when needed. Would definitely recommend If you are looking to work in the industry.

MBI is home for me! I have been working for MBI for almost 5yrs now and I am in a good position to say it's one of the best IT firms I have worked with. As far as you are in compliance with standards and ethics, you are always welcomed by the professionals and admin of MBI. MBI always do their best to keep you satisfied and make you feel at home at any position they put you in. If I am on the road as a field tech, or stationed as IT staff for MBI, I am happy because I know MBI got me, and I got them as well. I have done work for and on behalf of this business for the past 5 years as an independent contractor.It has been my experience that with a professional work ethic, an ample helping of competence and a clear understanding of how to communicate with second and third parties as your own representative, one can attain a secure source of income and wide ranging industry experience.I have enjoyed the healthy mix of independence and teamwork that the constantly changing needs of the work environments have manifested.I have enjoyed the opportunity for occasional travel and to be responsible for my own actions while on the job.I have observed that the type, scope and pace of the learning curve for work required at various sites are not for everyone and there tends to be a high attrition rate for new hires and frankly, MBIs longterm contractors are better for it. The team at the head office provide consistent opportunities to those who make it clear they are capable and they are the core of MBIs success. If an independent contractor makes an effort to understand how the office environment functions, the needs required in the field work become obvious.As a way to enter the IT field, become familiar with dozens of top tier clients and workflows, learn to manage your own time and reputation, upgrade skills at your own pace while maintaining a steady income, and develop professional relationships that will JumpStart any career, I can say that MBI has been as useful and loyal to me for the past 5 years as i have been to it, even through the disaster of 2020-22. I'm glad to be associated with the company.
