So me and my girlfriend have been renting out this two bedroom apartment at 323 2nd Ave. N. there has been nonstop issues since we’ve moved in silverfish and roaches have been spotted in my apartment kids in the building like to ring the fire alarm at 6 o’clock in the morning my roof is leaking and the drywall is falling off the roof because of leaking And the worst of it is my girlfriend has gotten harassing phone calls from the same number once claiming to be George And wanting to have our key and the other call from the same number claimed to be a health inspector and wanted to see the apartment I called 502 holdings and they told me that number who called me wasn’t George wasn’t any of their associates. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE…

So more than a few yrs ago i've gotten a place to move to.For myself and my yeah a spouse at the time...The address to the building that I've lived it from them was 171 pine st,sudbury....And it turned out to being a nightmare,a living nightmare cause the whole big apartment.And there the most shittyest property managers,and they rent to mostly,dirty people,that are on wellfare,and are as well really really corrupt, they don't do stuff fair at all...And don't maintain their property's good at all.

I have been renting from this company since July 1 2018They did not notify me or other tenants who moved in the same weekend that there was a major infestation of nice and roaches . I have been living in horror and my children are very stressed . They do not return calls or give a cheap about their tenants . The property manager said himself he doesn't care. DO NOT RENT ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES .ALL ARE SLUM BUILDINGS even their office is infested . That's why they don't care. They are used to roaches and mice

I like the person there, help me to find an apartment like home, and renewal apartment with security entrance. Maintenance is very quickly too.

232 second Ave N Sudbury. The inside of the apartment are beautiful but the outside of the building & the property are not maintain at all. The hallways are still under construction & I've lived there for 10minths now. There is no proper garbage or recycling disposal. The parking lot is awful with pavement all ripped up.

My family and I are currently looking to rent a 2 bedroom unit, and I'm hoping they will get back to us, because no one answered the phone when we called. Hopefully I can get in touch with them and change this review accordingly.

Cockroaches in the buildings and it's impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office if you have problems with windows, heating, appliances, and mould. DONT RENT FROM THEM
