It’s hard to find hard working individuals these days with the amount of empathy i was shown when i locked myself out of my place the other day.As soon as i called,I was given an immediate ETA, and when “Blaze” arrived they knew exactly wat to do and I was back in my house in no time.I’m glad there r people out there in this profession who understand a common mistake & can make the whole situation feel like water under the bridge at little cost to myself..

Worst service ever.I was new in town and called him about 3-4 times.All that I could hear was come to 3rd avenue North when the location showed 1st avenue north.That was still fine.But I waited in 3rd avenue and then he told me to come to post office.When I checked maps there aren’t any post office nearby.I waited for about 30-40 mins and texted him back.He then replied saying I’m waiting on your for 15 mins.I got mad because he dint have the courtesy also to call me back and tell that he is waiting.He waited till I messaged him. I left and got the keys made at Canadian tire.Very unprofessional of him.If it goes this way you are going to loose customers.

He had no store or office, so we had to drop our door knobs at his mother's house, but he did the job on time and under budget.

Dale was fast efficient and on time as stated. I was out when he stopped by but my partner was here to meet him. He quickly gave us a new lock set and did a quality job. Highly recommend Dale for all your locksmith needs.

I locked my truck and lost the only key I owned. Dale cut a key from the VIN. 2 days and $50 later I was up and going

Needed a key made but sadly it couldn't happen cause of it being a chipped key...nothing bad very helpful

Dale was quick, efficient and the work was affordable. Rekeyed 5 locks the day after I called him. Would recommend and call again if locksmithing was needed.
