Vertex Auto Service

Have been to many mechanics in the past and by far the best experience I have had is at Vertex Auto. Bob and his team are honest and always explain the purpose of a repair and why it is needed, even provide information on possible future repairs if required and expectations on costs. I have taken my car in a few times when I thought something was wrong and told by Bob that there was nothing wrong with the car and provided an explanation of why I would have possibly thought there was a problem, but none present. Very honest and trustworthy!! The prices are very reasonable. I am quite grateful for Vertex Auto and highly recommend Bob and his team of auto mechanics.

They're fantastic. They have done minor repairs for me for free even though I expected to pay. They've been honest in telling me whether my tires were ok for another season or not. Highly recommend them. Super nice people, too!

I had a short wait, but it was worth it!. They spotted the cause of a noise related problem,and visually proved that my car was so far out of alignment that it literally rocked an rolled without the radio. My second visit allowed necessary changes to be made on time and at the price quoted. The car,while not perfect, is much more enjoyable to drive. Done on time, at the agreed price and some pleasant conversation and a coffee... what else is there? I highly recommend Vertex Auto Service.

The moment I walked through the doors of Vertex Auto Service, Bob asked if I need a ride to the Go Station. Bob is a honest and kind person. He knows cars both mechanically and electrically. I would recommend anyone to Bob and Vertex Auto Service.

They tried to charge me 550 dollars for a ball joint change. So i went to another mechanic. Turns out there was nothing wrong with my car. I went to vertex because all my neighbors and friends in the Birchmount, Danforth area recommended it to me. I am truly disappointed! I even bought the car from them. Maybe! because i am of a minority they thought they could cheat me! Never going back and i have the order receipt to prove it!

These guys are honest, and do what they say they will. Not sure what the negative posts are about but I and my wife bring our cars there and never have had a bad experience, been going there for at least 7-8 yrs now. This garage is also APA approved. Friendly and honest!!

Bob and his team are top shelf in service. Was going to dealer to get car repaired in the past which was always an expensive proposition. Was recommended to Vertex by father in law. Very honest and trustworthy and good pricing.
