These guys are amazing. They responded quickly to my call, gave me a very reasonable quote and finished the work sooner than I had expected. I was so pleased that I have booked them again for another job.

I can't say enough about this wonderful family owned company . With in a week we had someone out to survey our parking lot . A quote was sent in a 24 hr period. The crew showed up and finished the job despite a little rain . Fast and friendly and overall great services

Had to make sure I found the right place. Don't want to give the wrong Twins business a bad name.This year, their service has been horrible. It got to the point where I would have been happy to come home and hope they didn't destroy everything, let alone if the grass was cut properly. Where to begin.I didn't think I was someone who cared about what my lawn looked liked. But when it looks like a 7 year old got a hold of the scissors and gave himself a haircut, grass uneven, mohawks left in the middle.Whipper Snipper crop circles down to the dirt.Running over the little lawn fences we have around our plants with their lawn mowers, twisting them, bending them, making them unsightly.The one spot I had plants that didn't have a fence around them, they whipper snippered the garden plants. It wasnt even part of the lawn, there was dirt seperating the lawn from the plants and they ran over them anyway.We have a garden hose that was left out, which I would have glady put away if i ever knew what day they were going to show up,to help them out. But instead, I come home to find they threw the 50 ft garden hose on top of my berry bushes breaking branches and flattening the plant.At first I thought, it would have been an isolated incident. But all summer they showed a lack of care for the job, for the yard, for what they are doing. From our plants being destroyed, fences ran over, lawn cut down to the dirt. I can't recommend them to anyone. They feel like if somebody paid them to go in and destroy your lawn as a revenge prank.What ever poorly trained team they have doing lawn care this year needs to be fired and never given a lawn mower again. Simply awful, awful and sadly we are stuck with them for the rest of the summer.

Caused significant damage to a relative's trailer while tending to their lawn, and refused to acknowledge the mistake or offer compensation.

We have reached out to Twins multiple times, starting last year 2020, to have landscaping done. We even talked to the owner last year and we were told that someone would be in touch. We are still waiting for the callback from 2020...hahaha.So tried again this year, contacted by email and phone. Each time someone says we would get a callback. It has been over a month now and still no phone call....NOTHING!!So we have taken our business elsewhere because of lack of customer service. These days, so many people are looking for work to be done around their homes and if a company can't provide good customer service (even simply by replying or indicating they are booked for the year) there are other landscaping companies out there that DO provide excellent service!! Thanks Mel's Landscaping for coming to our rescue!!
