Abbotsford Nissan

I do not recommend car shopping here. First visit, they lied to me about what cars they had available. Second visit there was a used car I was interested in, so I decided to give them a second change in good faith. I wanted to get it inspected at a euro car place and they agreed. (On my dime, which was not the problem) the problem was that they said I needed to put down a $500 “refundable” deposit. They did not intend to give back the deposit and Harj Jassal told us we would be “FORCED” to go forward with a deal after an inspection.

Amazing service and staff! Scott and his team were able to support our family to find the perfect truck to meet all our wants & needs! They provided us with kindness, honesty, efficiency, great pricing and availability! We got a 2022 Toyota Tundra TRD that will be great for work as well as making family memories! 10/10 recommend Scott and the team at Abbotsford Nissan.

I recently moved in BC from USA. I imported my car in BC and in order to complete the registration of my car in BC, I had to complete the recall clearance to get the clearance letter from RIV. I called Abbotsford Nissan and asked about the recall clearance. They simply denied saying that they don't do the recall clearance for any US imported car and I have to go back to US to get this cleared.I really don't know with whom I talked but she really don't know anything about this process. I even asked her to check with her colleagues, but she simply kept saying that they don't do the recall clearance and I have to go to US back for recall clearance.When I asked if any other NISSAN dealer in Abbotsford or nearby can do the fix, she simply said that we NISSAN don't do recall clearance fix for any USA imported card"Now her "misguidance towards a customer" almost made me taking a decision to sell my car. I posted ad of my car and talked to someone from Mazda Langley about selling. I told about the reason of selling my car and then he routed me to check with Langley Nissan.Nissan Langley saw my recall and they properly cleared the recall without any issue.So moral of the topic is

I've been coming to this Nissans service department for years. I've had 4 different NV200s & 1 Frontier serviced here, & all were well taken care of. Service is always efficient & most of the time, pretty quick. Front End staff are also always very friendly & accommodating.

Very disappointed with the service provided by the Service rep - not sure what his name was, but he was very rude and unprofessional. I had nothing but run arounds with him. I book a service for my 2022 QX80 warranty oil change a month ago. he told me everything was covered and took my information down. When I got there for service, he told me that I need to go to a different dealer ship because it is not infiniti. Something he should of check with my VIN when he was pulling up my file. but instead he gave me attitude only to tell me thanks for taking the day off work and showing up but we cant work on your car at this location.However: The lady who work in the parts department was very professional and friendly. Kudos to her!

I just purchased my Nissan Rogue from Scott and the team at Abbotsford Nissan. I have been to many car dealerships in the past few months in pursuit of a vehicle, and the process has been overall unenjoyable until today. Scott and Jaylen treated me with utmost professionalism, no BS, outright honesty, and a no-pressure sales approach. They gave me the time to view the cars I wanted, and offered tons of patience as I test drove a number of vehicles. 10/10 experience and loving my purchase!

In my car purchasing journey, I went to many dealerships and test drive many cars, but the experience I had at Nissan in Abbotsford (both times I went) was top tier.Krish was an amazing salesperson, wanting to hear what we were looking for in our family vehicle, and took us from test drive to delivery very quickly. Our brand new 2023 Nissan Rogue is my favourite of all of the cars I have driven.Julia was also a great help in getting this all prepared for us (financially)! She got me the best rate and helped get everything transferred over from my old car to the new.If anyone asks me where to go, this will be the place I recommend!!

I brought in my Nissan Pathfinder and was helped by your service manager Nick Armer. He was very helpful and fit me in before a road trip to Kelowna. He quoted me a price for the repair and it came in under which was a very pleasant surprise. He was helpful and friendly. Many thanks for the great service.
