This place is a man’s sanctuary, you will be able to find tools and products that you need for your current projects and projects that you will wanna start. The guys there are friendly and genuine. Great place to shop! Definitely would recommend!

Never thought I’d be typing up a review for a supply store but here we are! 99% of the time I review food places but for some reason the experiences I’ve had here have led me to type this up.For one the fact that they open at 7:30 is VERY convenient especially considering I do most of my woodworking before and after my 9-5 so it was nice being able to pick up supplies and still have time to work before work. The staff is really kind and friendly.Usually when you go to a comparable store such as home depot the experience is about average, I’ll definitely be coming back here more often.

This place has everything. I wish I had found it sooner. And the staff is very thorough and knowledgable too. They actually approached me and made sure I got the help I was looking for. Much better than past experiences I've had at other hardware stores. If you're in Markham or even GTA I highly recommend coming here. I got what I needed and was in and out fast. I'll be coming back. I recently purchased a heated Milwaukee jacket from the Milwaukee representative. At home l discovered the parts were missing and the box was originally opened. After getting the parts l later found that the jacket was worn used and the wrong jacket. The store went out of their way to help me with a refund. I see they are amazing and said l would except a store credit. It would have been easy to say l stole the parts, but that was not me and it was the previous owner of that jacket who caused everyone that grief. Thank you to the staff and management of the store for believing in me! I am glad they value customer loyalty and respect.Ying Louie
