Harmony Dawn Retreat Centre

Nurturing all the senses and offering a space for people to deeply connect with their inner lives: this is the ethos of Harmony Dawn which comes through in every inch of the space, every blade of grass, each morsel of food. The more I learned about the history of this place, the more taken with it I became. I definitely hope to come back. Heartfelt thanks to Nicola and Andy for creating this unique and urgently needed space and time for retreat to nature.

I have been to Harmony Dawn a number of times over the years on various yoga retreats led by various yoga instructors. What's constant is the love and attention that Nicola and Andy bring to the centre and their guests. Andy shared with me the story of their vision for an environmentally conscious home and retreat centre, and Nicola's delicious food is created with love. The property also has beautiful walking trails that add to the peace and beauty of Harmony Dawn. Go once for the experience and return for the love!

I've had the pleasure of running retreats here for the last couple of years (and many more to come) and I feel incredibly grateful to have connected with Nicola and Andy. They are incredible hosts, who have built something quite remarkable and unique, and it's always a pleasure to bring a group into their space. From the food, to the practice room, to the overall feel of being at Harmony Dawn, it's always a 10/10 weekend!

Harmony Dawn is a beautiful oasis. The love and care the owners put into this space and make the retreat effortless is amazing. I co-hosted the retreat with Eddee from Inye Yoga and we found hosting the retreat to be seamless (we have now hosted 2 retreats). So much love is poured into the food and tastes amazing. My highlight was watching the fireflies from inside the yoga studio at night (with no light pollution, you can see the wonderful display of this magic as well as the constellation of stars). Will be returning again and again. This wonderful space helped us to hold space for our students to deeply restore, and to learn and connect with the plants on the property.

I absolutely LOVED my time at Harmony Dawn. The silence, beautiful property and delicious food are a few things that make this place so magical.The owners are lovely, the retreat center they created with intention is beautiful and it's only a short walk to rice lake.I spent a weekend here for a Wim Hof Method Retreat with Dan and Bree and the entire experience was unforgettable and life shifting. I can't wait to return!I highly recommend checking out the various offerings and putting this place on your must visit list!

I've hosted multiple retreats at Harmony Dawn, and I can't wait to host more! This is a truly magical place with warm, caring owners. The food is incredibly nourishing and tasty, and the space and land are cared for with respect and love. A true gem!

This is my second retreat at the Centre and I have nothing but great things to say about it! The hosts are amazing and the food is so rich with flavour and nourishing.Perfect location for contemplation!
