You don't need to be in the food industry to enjoy this place. Great selection from inexpensive to high quality kitchen equipment, tools and utensils. Knowledgeable staff. Make sure you have enough time to check out everything.

This place is awesome!!! We were helped by a nice gentleman named Ken. He knew all about his products and helped steer us in the right direction. I think we will save over $7000 now... So glad we went to this location. Thanks Ken!! We will be back!

Amazing service. Used to drive Nella in Toronto. I am so happy that Igloo is in Barrie. I no longer to drive hour to get what i need.

Mary is awesome!!! I phoned in prior she put my items aside even though they had lots of stock to save me time. Mary is a fantastic asset to the Barrie location, so helpful.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I ordered a commercial dishwasher for our cafe. it was to have taken 2 days to get it to me. they charged me over $400. It took 9 days to arrive, nobody would return my calls, including the manager who committed to calling me back but did not.. . Seems that once they got payment, they didn;t care anymore. When I complained they told me I could have moved the shipment with another carrier and refused to alter the shipping charges to reflect the true level of service...I recently bought another piece of equipment that weighed 4 times as much, and it was delivered NEXT DAY for under $300 by their competitor.... When it did arrive, we could not install it.. Why? because you need to have a pressure regulator in front of the unit or it voids the warranty.. something that the sales person should have mentioned to ensure that we had everything we needed to hook up in our relatively remote community. These guys could have had a number of additional purchases, but after the disaster of the first, not a chance... Personally,I will NEVER use this company again.Addition... Today it got a bit better... the unit leaks and is not drawing and rinse agent... Two weeks old.... Awesome!

After spending over 20 grand here this year 2 weeks ago i bought a deep fryer and hose here. Went to return the hose in the original box and was told by the counter help quite rudely that it was over the 7 day policy and they would not be taking it back . i was basically dismissed by her. I think my spending a lot of money here would be taken into account. i guess not. Good thing my staff don't treat my customer like this i would be out of business

Do not use this company ! We purchased an item did not open it to use right away. When we open to use found it was missing items, went to exchange and was told that can not do anything it is over 7 days.... It is a 39.99 item!!! Wow we will never recommend your company. We do renovations for restaurants and hotel company's. Customer service is lacking in your company.
