Doctor neglected to notify the hospital of my previous surgery which makes certain medications and food unavailable to me so I didnt get to eat for 2 days in the hospital because of food choices unavailable medicine. Not impressed at all especially being told that I would have surgery within a year and I was on the cancelation list to find out there is no cancelation list ***edited to include I have been in and out of hospital since with complications" to find out there was a hole on the inside of me that was still bleeding and giving me infections and needed to be coderized. Now I'm awaiting a x ray on my hip and to find out if anything is wrong with my bladder... will be starting paperwork shortly"
