I had my worst experience with them, the owner JATINDER is the most untruthful and dishonest person.I booked my tickets for my parents to travel from India to Canada, but it got cancelled due to covid in March 2020. He said according to Air Canada new policy we will keep your money as a credit.Later in August 2020 I asked for a refund, he took 1 year to refund with around $600 deduction. I texted him to give me the reason why he deducted he never replied back, never answer phone call, always make en excuse that he is out of town.I checked with Air Canada- according to them they are refunding full amount but this greedy, untruthful and dishonest person Jatinder took my $600 out of it and refunded me the remainder.If my parents haven’t used the air Canada service + Airflight refunded full balance, on what basis he has deducted my money.I am going to file complaint to our Minister and RCMP that this Let’s go travel company is a fraudulent place, taking years to refunded money with deduction.Please people don’t you ever come to this place, they are so unprofessional, dishonest Canadians you will ever met.Book tickets by yourself or go to somewhere who are more reliable honest people.I am regretting so much that I choose them, but I will not stop until they refund me full amount for the services I didn’t.

It was my first trip to Canada.Due to current pandemic direct flights were banned,I was stuck in India and was really confused how will I manage to go via third country,then came across Jatinder Sir.He was just a great help for planning my trip to Canada.He was very much concerned about everything throughout my journey.The trip was so hassle free that I couldn't have imagined, so it was just due to Sir. Thank you Jatinder Sir for all the support.I highly recommend this for hassle free journeys.

The best service you can find! From getting my ticket booked, my luggage checked in and even getting all my important documents uploaded. I was supported throughout the entire process, any question, if I needed to call at any point they were always there. At Let's Go Travel Jatinder and his team were super friendly and worked very quickly.I was stuck in India and needed a ticket back to Canada. Due to covid it was really hard for me to find my way around, Jatinder made it really easy and did most of the work for me! I will for sure be using his services again.

If zero star was an option , that’s what I’d select but unfortunately its not. I bought 2 tickets for my parents but because of covid AirCanada cancel the flight. And now as per AirCanada refunding all the amount who did their ticket before March 2020 and I am requesting this agent(Jatinder Singh) to file a refund for my ticket since last 1 year and from last 6 months he is saying I am waiting for the refund from the company(Air Canada) and In the last after thousands of calls and many visit to this place he deducted $700 penalty for 2 tickets which is a purely Fraud because I never used those tickets and AirCanada canceled the flight not me. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Its a fraudulent company. I am going to file a complaint against him because I don’t want something like this ever happen in future with any genuine person.

I have been working as a customer service manager for many years, so I know what excellent service is. At Let's Go Travel Jatinder and his team has provided an excellent service. My mother is 83 years old and she had to travel by herself for personal reasons. We were worried, but Jatinder understood our situation. He had all the documents and the ticket ready ahead of time. He kept us updated every step of the way. He stayed up late and woke up early to make sure my mom had received breakfast at the hotel during quarantine. Biggest mistake of my life. Very rude behaviour of staff

Very good service provided by the team. Great experience travelling to Canada via third country without any issue.All Paper word done by the team no problem with any documents as they provide by themself. It was a comfortable journey for me. I am student was stucked in India with they helped me to reach Canada without any issue at immigration.I would like to thank to all the team and Jatinder.

I would give 0 star. He is a cheap guy pretending to be doing honest work. Air Canada does first change in ticket for free, even if its for any reason and these guys charged me $400 for the change saying no, it is never for free. I didn’t know the policy back then, and i was in emergency. Air canada’s website has all the policies and i would recommend calling them or go through the policies first. These guys are ripping people off. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. NEVER PAY THEM MONEY BY E-TRANSFER.

Excellent customer service. Jatinder and his team been a great help for planning trip to Canada from India via third country during unpredictable covid time travel ban. He was very much concerned and in touch throughout to make sure everything goes well.
