We had to get the lawyer involved just to get 2 questions answered that we'd been asking (several times)for 3 months and the closing was less than a week away. We didn't even know if the deal was going to close on time with nowhere to stay with our pets or to store our belongings. Absolute chaos

Jill was my realtor for a cottage flip I did and I was very impressed with her services including the lifestyle video. She needed me more than the other real estate agents quoted me

I had 2 issues today.1. This agent stood me up for a viewing. We drove 3 hours to see the property, confirmed the time that am. Showed up at the time, and heard from my other agent that Jill had just cancelled. She didn't even bother to contact me directly, or send someone else from her office. Completely unprofessional.2. I specifically asked about the number of stairs to the waterfront on the property, and Jill told me there were approximately 15. There were at least 60 when we got there. We never would have made an appointment and driven the 3 hours (actually 6, round trip) there. Makes me wonder if she had even been to the property, as my young kids would have made a more accurate guess.We will not be dealing with her again, unfortunately.

As an agent, selecting an agent to use personally can be challenging. I am glad I met Jill to help with a few of my properties outside of my general trading area. She has made my transactions very smooth. Her knowledge of the area was incredibly helpful. Thanks Jill

I contacted Jill about viewing a cottage. The appointment was made for the next day at 1pm. She asked that I touch base with her in the morning, to ensure that the cottage had not sold, as there were two showings the evening prior to our visit. At 9:05 the morning of our appointment, my husband called Jill as he wanted to ask a question about the property as well as confirm that the cottage had not sold. Jill answered the phone, and my husband asked if this was a good time to be calling. She replied curtly with a “Yes”. He confirmed our appointment for 1 pm and then asked if there had been any action on the property since last night. She said that there hadn’t. He then said that he had a question about the neighbouring properties beside the cottage. As he began to speak (about 2-3 words), she curtly cut him off and stated, “ You woke me and my daughter up, your questions are annoying and that all the information was in the listing”... and then she then hung up on him!!!! We had a 3 1/2 hour drive to the property, therefore we had to call at 9. In addition, she asked us to touch base with her in the morning.Approximately 1 hour later, she sent him a text that read... I am sorry I did not have a great night... are you still coming at 1.... the swimming is good, there are no weeds...That is not the question my husband even began to ask (She wouldn’t know as she hung up on him)Needless to say, we have never ever encountered such a rude and unprofessional person.

Called Jill to pursue info about sale. She responded within 20 minutes and set up a meeting the next day.Upon meeting she explained clearly all the facets and info about possibilities, including comparable listings, marketing ideas and strategies moving forward.She passed on pertinent information regarding the above the same evening and moved forward with our approval that night.Set up with 2 potential buyers the next day and kept us informed throughout the entire process.An offer was made and she professionally guided us through a successful conclusion.Hiring Jill is the best move we’ve ever made in real estate,
