Had Murdoch plumbing in for toilet replacement that included shut off valve that was broken. This is the guy to call for your plumbing issues. Called a half dozen and they seem to be out to gouge people with their service fees etc. Not Murdoch. Friendly, efficient and the price was very good. Would definitely call this lovely man again.

Nothing but good things to say. I got myself into a jam and needed help asap. I called Mark, and although he was booked for the day, he fit me in and bailed me out. Problem was resolved quickly, fair pricing and I was happy. Highly recommend!

Thought I needed a new shower valve assembly so I cut out the drywall in the closet and looked at the job ahead of me and called Mark since I wasn’t in to burning down my house with a propane torch. He literally was at my door in an hour. He walked in and asked why I was replacing my shower valve and I told him the symptoms. He says “well you don’t need to do that”. 1/2 hour later he is walking out, replaced the cartridge in my old valve, the part was free because it was Moen and he charged me labour that was so reasonable I gave him more than he was asking for his honesty. Happy to say I have a new plumber if I need one again. Awesome experience and Mark was super. Kevin Gaskin
