This health food store has been around for ages and deservedly so. Decades back, when I was much younger and managed a small health food store in Abbotsford, I knew the owner's father. She has been raised to be health conscious from childhood and really 'knows her stuff'! Staff is also quite knowledgeable and what they don't know, they'll check out for you.There's the usual selection of essential oils, vitamin/mineral and herbal supplements, and bottled and packaged products but there are also grains, dried pulses, refridgerated oils and dairy products and a limited selection of fresh organic produce in season. I wish there was a larger produce section although I realise in a small store it's almost impossible to do so without being a large produce market. If you wish to order larger amounts of organic fruit or vegetables in summer for canning or freezing, they'll bring in what they can for you. (I tasted one of the organically grown apricots and was blown away with how sweet and flavourful it was.)Various flours and different foods used in cooking are also carried. There's not a lot of larger sizes in these products but for anyone who asks, they'll order in large sizes for you. (They always have for me.) I love the large jars of dried herbs and flowers used to make your own teas, along with different herbs and spices for cooking. They'll weigh out as little or much as you wish.Bottom line - for a small shop with no room to expand, they carry an amazing selection and it's my go-to place when I shop health products and foods.

I forgot to review after my first visit, but I stopped by for the second time today. The store is sparkling clean, the staff are so incredibly friendly and welcoming, there's a great selection, and heaps of vegan options.Obviously, organic is going to be a little pricier, but nothing is outrageously priced. I love that there's still bulk options available. Great store!

The owner is so knowledgeable. I loved learning from her and I will definitely be back. The things I bought are helping and I am finally back on the right track with my health.

I had the most lovely experience with the women there today. It was my first time in. I assume the owner was who I spent the bulk of my time speaking with; she was incredibly knowledgeable and offered great advice. Such a lovely bunch of women. I highly recommend this store.

Very helpful and knowledgable staff. They have a herb section that is well stocked. They were willing to refer me to a different natural food store when I asked for an 'out of the ordinary' herb.
