After having an issue and complaining about my purchase, I am now satisfied they were able to do a one time In Store Exchange. Thank you. The Staff told me the Air Jordans were a Womens 5.5 but they indeed gave me a Youth 5.5 which is about a Womens 7 or 7.5....PLUS Company did reach out to me after I was not satisfied with my purchase as I was given WRONG Size etc.☆☆ I ♡ Love ♡ My Newly Exhanged Shoe, finally the sizing was correct after the exchange. Fantastic Customer Service I must say , PLUS Company , Thank you again even though didnt start off as a great review. ☆☆

I came in to browse their Pokémon selection and the staff member I spoke with was so wonderful. I had no idea what I was looking for or really what I should be buying and they were great! I had a young child with me and they gave them a sticker, which I thought was such a sweet touch. Strongly suggest checking them out.

Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Big selection of hype clothing and sneakers that the mall was always missing. I'll definitely be going back to Plus for all of my streetwear needs!

This place is very busy because it is in the center of downtown Vancouver. Inside you can find different boutiques from Boss, Disney store, Kate Spade, Tumi, Mossimo Dutti, Hollister, American Eagle, Abercrombie and many more. Also inside is a big food court that you can find the foods that you want to eat. Therr is Greek food, asian food, pasta, juice and salad bar everything are in here. It is also accessible by bus or train going to Surrey or Richmond.

Every time I’m in Pacific Centre, I have to stop at plus. The customer service is unmatched and their selection of shoes and clothes is like none other. I never leave empty handed!

I have been collecting Sneaker Pins, after dinner tonight with my buddies, we went by and check this place out. We got some Pokemon Cards, and more Sneaker Pins! Service was great as store staff were helpful and chill.

Horrible Experience!Never go back and I do not recommend this store to anyone.Few months ago I went to the store with my girlfriend to check some sneakers out! There was a key master machine that you could play 5$ per game and you could win yeezys. After playing for 20 minutes and spending 25$ I finally won! BUT one of the workers came and said the machine got messed up! They turned off the machine completely and said they cant turn it on again and a technician should come fix it even though the key was already in. I emailed them many times but no answer and they said I never won!!!!!!!Here is my email :[email protected] HAVE NEVER CONTACTED ME AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY PRIZE.Respond: You and your team took a full advantage as someone that doesn’t speak english well. I can still show up with my ID and as we told you before we have the exact time and day as I took the picture on the spot.I have exact date and time. Its really disappointing that you and your team always come up with excuses and reasons! I was the one who played the game and I have picture with dates and time.The store never contacted me to resolve this issue
