My family and I have been going to Dr Chaudhury since 2004. We have had nothing but positive and wonderful service from day 1. Dr. Chaudhury and his staff are so helpful and supportive. There is no other eye care provider in Peel like Brampton Eye Care!! i have always been satisfied with my choice of glasses provided by Anita. Thank you for the wonderful service Dr. Chaudhury and Anita.

I always have a great experience here. The staff are kind and helpful, especially with kids. My glasses even arrived a lot faster than I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for optometrists (kids included).

Door was locked on a Friday around 4 pm. A lady that was inside unlocked the door and I asked her for a lens price quote and that I already had frames and then she tells me to go pick a frame? she didn't seem all there and informed me that her manager was not there and to come back another day? so then why are u in the store? u can't provide me with a lens quote? especially when I have the prescription to provide you on hand? wow.

Amazing assistance. Dr. Chaudhary was very professional while assisting my family on our appointment. He did a thorough examination and made sure all aspects of our concern was covered. He will always give you the best advice possible for your benefit. Very genuine in his approach!

Have visited there a few times. Dr. Chaudhury is OK. The woman in the front, who I believe to be his wife, seems odd. She only shows kindness to those who purchase glasses there. She has a huge grin for white individuals and a scowl/frown for brown and black people. AVOID

My boyfriend and I recently visited for the first time, and had a great experience!! Dr Chaudhury was awesome!! He was very friendly and thorough; taking the time to explain and answer questions. His entire staff was incredible too!!! They didn’t rush us in to making any decisions when it came to selecting our frames, even after I’m sure we tried on every pair in the entire store...twice!!! We just picked up our glasses and now we can both see the world with bright, clear eyes; in glasses we love!!! 10/10 — would highly recommend!!! Thank you so much!!! :)

My husband & I have been visiting Brampton Eye Care for a little over 2 years and the experience has always been great. However, this past visit a few days ago I have to say the customer service was 10/10. Dr. Chaundhury was extremely patient with me during my eye exam and went over everything to better explain my prescription as well as solutions. The visit lead to him also fixing my broken sunglasses which I truly did not think had any chance to being repaired at no fee which saved my $200 sunglasses. I am extremely happy and look forward to my next visit.

I’ve been visiting Brampton Eye Care for a few years now and have nothing but great things to say. I came in for an eye exam with Dr. Chaudhury last week and he took the time to explain what he was doing and why. The front staff is so helpful and patient. She helped me pick out some cute glasses and answered all of my questions. I always tell my friends to come here! Thank you
