Every time I try something from Bake House, I always think to myself, omg that’s the best cookie I’ve ever tasted. Or, that’s the best date square I’ve ever tasted. And then tonight, I literally ate the best thing I have ever tasted. A raspberry cream filled croissant. OMG. Bake House, you’re a vegan light in my life.

This extension of the Revelstoke Cafe is an absolute gem in the downtown. Not only is everything there delicious but the STAFF. I'd go back for the staff even if the food wasn't good. Luckily they're amazing on all fronts. Get the sausage and cheddar rolls, the pizza focaccia, the cinnamon rolls, the chocolate chip cookies and more. All incredible!

Strolled downtown today and had the best glazed raspberry scone I have ever had in my life. The woman who was working, Penny, asked for our input about a couple of new options she is considering making and it was so fun to be asked our opinion and to have it valued! A lovely outing and we will be returning often!

Everything is vegan and expertly made with care. I had a focaccia pizza, cheese and onion flavoured. It was thick, creamy, cheesy, and had a perfect onion tang.They have a variety of common bakery goods done vegan that I have to imagine are just as perfect.

I used to come here often but now this place is so unreliable with their hours. It's almost 11 am on a Saturday the store is closed, no postings about it. Won't be coming back here. I suggest going to a more reliable bakery like Hard Winter.

Best bakery in Peterborough! Best cinnamon bun I've tasted in a long time! The cupcakes are also amazing. You have to try their lemonade.

Just like their sister restaurant Revelstoke, all of the food is delicious, staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and allllll the treats are vegan. Yum!

Such a gem of a place, the bakers seem to take such pride and care in everything they make and the lady I spoke with today, Nox? Urged me to try a pumpkin pie tart/puff pastry and I have to say it’s one of the most delightful treats I’ve had in a while. Keep it going!
