I purchased laser hair removal for 3 different body regions and I have to say the experience so far has been excellent. I noticed significant difference in just two visits (especially regions with thicker hair). The technicians are very polite and will answer any question you have. The front staff are always very welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend

Buyer beware! I’ve visited Bellair Laser Clinic over a dozen times in the past several years for laser hair removal. After many treatments, I can surely say their service does not work at all! I have noticed absolutely 0 difference in my hair growth. I noticed last year that they had a different laser machine - the technician explained that it was faster and less painful. However, the service took 3 MINUTES. I’m all for faster, but the job was so ineffective. The next time I went, I asked them to go slower and more mindfully over the areas but still…no change. I think their machines are a scam. It’s very frustrating and disappointing in terms of $$ and time lost.I also had purchased a package last year that they had “lost.” Their system didn’t have a record of it and they had supposedly misplaced my file. Despite calls with their customer service department, they never did anything about it. I ended up going back because of convenience but I regret it so much.Warning - don’t go here!

It has been such a pleasant experience! The staff are always very kind and accommodating. The nurses treat you very gently and make you feel at ease during your treatments. The environment is very clean and calm. I have been going there for at least 4 years!! And will keep coming back for all my treatments:) Thank you!!

I regularly do laser hair removal in Bellair Laser Clinic. Their treatments are effective. They are very kind and considerate. I had an emergency and I needed to cancel my appointment, they were so kind to reinstate my session. So happy with this clinic.

This is my favorite place for all of my cosmetic procedures. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable and they have fair prices and many deals. I also had a last minute conflict and they accommodated the the change without issue. 10/10 recommend!

I visited the Bellair Laser Clinic in May for my first experience with botox. I have (had!) a very expressive forehead, and wanted to subtly soften the lines, while keeping a natural look.I worked with Amanda for the initial intake and consultation and saw nurse Lana for the injections. I could not be happier with the service and results! Amanda was professional, kind and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. Nurse Lana was skillful, gentle and did an amazing job! I will be back!The clinic is clean & welcoming. I can't say enough good things - I would happily recommend, you will not regret it! :)

I’ve been a loyal customer of Bellair for many years, and today was an awful experience and my last time ever going. Long story short is that I was to complete my last and fifth treatment of a package. They would not honor what I’ve had done the previous 4 times. The nurse manager kept saying it was the wrong package for my treatment, it should never have been honored from the beginning, and trying to make me pay the difference while I was in the treatment room for my last treatment. It was terrible customer service, and I now regret recommending the clinic to my friends in Toronto after I moved. Please have a better understanding of what good customer service is especially to those who have been a very loyal customer for years.

Just had my IPL treatment at Bellair laser with Elysha! She was so knowledgeable, gentle, friendly, and skilled! Sam , the medical consultant was also so wonderful. I was curious about laser resurfacing and he was very honest about the fact that I didnt need it as I didn't have much scarring or textural issues. The team overall is great and I would highly recommend them.

✨️ Regardless of what treatment you go in for, you always get an attendant or nurse with tons of personality and a joy for what they do. Super friendly, always punctual, with offers and promos up for grabs all the time, I would never hesitate to recommend this incredible gem in the heart of Yorkville. Doesn't hurt how great they make you look and feel, either! Brava!
