I have visited the clinic two times and have had a great experiences! Connie is so great at explaining the process she will take with your feet/nails and takes her time.

New location. Same great service. Positive experience all around. Flexible and professional. Very informative and know what individuals need to process insurance claims.

I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Dunphy for more than ten years for good reason. She is a very professional, knowledgeable, caring individual, and an expert in her Field. Dr. Dunphy has excellent communication skills, and explains diagnosis in simple terms ensuring I understand my foot problems, and what we need to do to correct the situation. The Dr. and her supporting staff are efficient, they provide timely service with minimal wait time. A special shout out to Norma, who always ensures I receive timely appointments, and always greets patients with a smile. The McCowan Foot Clinic is very clean, professional, and an oasis for people with feet problems. Highly recommended.

I am extremely satisfied with my treatments at the McCowan Foot Clinic. I have been a client for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. Staff is professional, knowledgable and fulfill all of my footcare needs. I have recommended friends and family to this clinic and will continue to do so.

Friendly environment. They do molds for orthotics instead of using the prongs"/computer. However they use a sort of slip sock that hardens to your feet versus previously where I've had the plaster strips done. The plaster is more messy yes but not sure which is better yet. The 'slip sock' had to be held against my feet whereas with the plaster I remember I was flat on my tummy and mild was done with feet relaxed (I have a collapsible arch and really flat feet). We'll see which is better but the orthotics are full shoe length and comfortable."

Took my dtr to see Debby. She is a fantastic Chiropodist. My dtr was anxious prior to the appointment but felt very comfortable after talking to her. She suggested us the non expensive way of treating my dtr's issue through other specialty. This shows that she is patient care focused. Will definitely recommend her. Thanks Debby!

Very good service Connie is very nice and caring. She takes good care of my disabled son and me.Soaking your feet before treatment is wonderful and relaxing not enjoyed that before at other chiropodists.Keep up the good work all at the Clinic.
