Nicholson's Trailhead
Nice hiking trail. The pony hunt along the trail is cute. The signs along the trails for the different trees can be very educational. The new trail, Peter's Brook loop, does take you back to the road, but not too far from the parking area. You can see the sign from the trail loop exit.

Nice simple trial, quiet and off the beaten path. Worth a walk.

Nicholson's Trailhead
A nice and relaxing hike. Not to strenuous. The trail is very well marked and maintained. You walk along the river for about 1 km. There is a section that is swampy and very wet during rainy season so I would recommend wearing boots. Since it's a loop, you can either go down a mountain(taking the small wooded trail on the right at the sign that says clockwise or counterclockwise) or up the mountain(keeping straight at the sign that says clockwise or counterclockwise).

Nice trail, very dense trees, runs along a river. Takes about 1 - 1.5hrs. Parking for about 10 - 12 cars.
