Drove 45 min to this location and spent a half an hour picking out expensive markers that they brought to the front (because they don’t let you bring them up by yourself) told the cashier I wanted to put back ONE marker and she slid half of them back. She was in such a hurry and I remember thinking how rude and rushed she was being considering there was only one person behind us in line. I didn’t realize until I got all the way home. I called the store and they put them all back. This is so frustrating!

They did a great job of finding the matching carpet to finish our master bedroom. The installation of the carpet was a perfect job and the price was very good. I will recommend them to my friends.

I found 2 great crafts for my 10 year old granddaughter! The cashier gave me some kind of discount because I didn't have an account with them! Saved me $10 which is always appreciated!

I really love the stuff here because they got everything I need for my art projects....but today (Dec 28, 2022 around 10:30 in the morning) I had a bad experience shopping here!I bought a bunch of stuff (total worth more than $50) I ask the cashier for a bag because it is hard to carry all the items, she told me Sorry I don't have any bag!"

Same as every other Michael's. Good selection for a pretty penny. We have no choice but to pay the prices or shop online as there are no other craft stores in the city (except the slim pickings at Walmart).

Love this place! I just wish they had better deals as they everything is crazy expensive. The staff is really helpful though! Love that!

It has a nice variety of art and crafts. I use to come here more. I miss their dollar and up, selections and how easy it was to put a basket together with those little items. I think they moved it but back then, it was a whole aisle.

Michael's is the best craft store in Windsor hands down. My only issue is the huge contrst in Candaian and American pricing. I mean they already have the exchange so this seems not ok.
