Unfortunately I had a horrible experience, I was really hoping to like it since it's in a great location. The service was awful. The waitress forgot our drinks and the food took FOREVER and she forgot the fries I ordered, I couldn't even be bothered to ask for them because by that point I just wanted to get out of there. The food wasn't bad once it arrived but the wait time wasn't worth it. There were tables that arrived after me that got their food first which was frustrating. They seemed to be understaffed. I won't be returning and can't see this place lasting long. Super disappointed.

This place has great potential but it was just awful. We were 6 people visiting on Saturday evening and we waited 1 hour for our food. The place wasn't even full. Management is cheap. They gave us 2 ketchup packets per 3 people and they said they ran out of ketchup. When we went inside to pay because the card machine didn't work outdoors, we saw a box full of ketchup packets. Appetizers came after the main dish and the poutine never came so we had to cancel it. The fries were cold and not salted. The coleslaw was too sour. The fish was actually good.The owner took a video of the people seated at the patio and when they asked why he didn't ask for their consent he yelled at them and told them I'm the owner

Wait times for basic beach food were ridiculous. Had we been forewarned about how long the wait would be, we would have gone elsewhere. Server forgot our drink orders. She seemed frazzled and given that it was not busy the wait and her attitude were unwarranted. Food was mediocre.

I’ve been here once but it was honestly amazing. The atmosphere is so comforting and homely and the servers are SO polite! Highly recommend! This place is so underrated but i had such a good experience there that I literally had to write a review. The menu isn’t boring either. Honestly I don’t even know what exactly I ate but I might go back and ask because it was DELECTABLE! Please don’t sleep on this place!!! Amazing food and amazing atmosphere ♥️

Had an amazing meal. Atmosphere is great, not sure why people are not lined up here. This was the best food I’ve had in Crystal beach. It was fresh, tasty and served with a smile, couldn’t ask for a better dining experience. I’ve had take out before but so glad I decided to eat in this time. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone!Burgers are absolutely amazing. Homemade and the best I’ve ever had. Everything was hot and server was friendly and attentive made sure we were taken care of. Brought out extra napkins a few times. Yes the burgers were that juicy and good!
