This place has been a pleasure to deal with. Friendly efficient staff. They took the time to communicate everything that is going on with fixing my car. Once my car was repaired they cleaned the inside and outside of the car. Thank you Car Star. Will definitely recommend and return when needed.

Neil and his team at Carstar Oakville east are always so great! They are kind, respectful and responsive. I was in an accident during Christmas and they did everything they could to get my car back to me as quick as possible!!

I got my car fixed with this company. Incredible service. Not only did they repair my car they where kind enough to go above and beyond and clean it. My car is old and the paint is chipping and they gave me paint to touch it up at no extra cost. Very good service !

I had someone burn a nice little hole in my bumper by backing into me over the winter. They fixed it no problem at all. Looks brand new ... better than before honestly across the board. Great customer service, quick repair time and worked super easily with my insurance.

Had front end replaced and hood repainted of my Audi S4. Everything from the communication to detailed estimate, accurate timelines, and friendly service from front desk, estimator, and Lorenzo the owner himself communicating the service was friendly, professional, and excellent all around. Got the car back looking better than when I bought it used and they even detailed it with care and attention placing everything conveniently for me. So I just picked up my Forté5 GT from CarStar Oakville East. I gotta say, I had the easiest experience.I got hit from behind and although the damage wasn't too bad, Phil from CarStar understood that getting in any kind of accident is an inconvenience for anybody and he treated the situation as if my car was his own. it was my first time going through this process and he was kind and patient enough to explain exactly what steps were next.I had some emblems and visors for my windows that I bought recently. It was shot in the dark but I asked if he would attach them for me if he had time and if he didnt, it would be okay.Phil didnt even hesitate. He attached both for me free of charge just to do me a favour!This experience was super easy and most importantly, my car was fixed to perfection and it looks like nothing ever happened.Thank you Phil, and thank you CARSTAR!
