Tim is the owner of this company and is totally punctual and very polite. We have used him 3 times now and he completes the job in a timely manner and comes out to see the problem very quickly after you get in touch with him. Highly recommend.

Only 5 stars...This gentleman deserves 10 stars.Called him on a Sunday morning just a little after his open opening hours. Answered the call 2nd ring. Explained he was just finishing up at another customer and would be at my place shortly. Twenty minutes later he arrived. Showed him our broken spring issue and asked him to replace the cables aswell. Seeing he a had it all apart anyway. Tim introduced himself and gave me the news. I was blown away at the price.(in a good way of coarse ) Tim said it would only take 30 to 45 min, and just like clock work he was done. Tim also went above and beyond. Replaced a couple of hinges that had issues and lubed everything else. Even reset my garage door open and close to make sure it was set correctly.

Tim was professional, he also provided 6 months warranty on items he touched. Very happy with result.

Tim repaired my garage when no other company could. I called another company with 5 star reviews that came out twice and charged me hundreds of dollars to no avail. Tim was great! He responded to my request for a quote within hours, and was even able to see me the next day to take a look. He really had my best interest at heart. I feel like the issue was fixed and I can rest assured that my garage door and opener have been inspected and are good to go. I like that he didn’t try to talk me into a new door or even new panel, but was able to fix the door that we already have. Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Tim. He was able to come over the same morning on the day I called him, and he repaired my garage door (broken coil spring) in about 40 minutes. He also inspected, lubed, and adjusted my 2nd door (no charge). I would certainly recommend him if you need work done on your garage door.
