Didn’t get a name but one of the staff members today was amazing and helpful, she was able to get me an out of stock clearance item shipped to my home from a branch in Edmonton and get them to price match the sale price here; after I came back realising I picked up the wrong size.

Nice stuff, but the staff not so much went to the change room with a few items, and I was the only one they didn't check on, ignored me. So I walked out, I'll spend my money elsewhere

Nice offers if you are lucky but very good collection of professional clothes. Quite & elegant place to shop. Staff is good and they dont bother you much unless you need them(liked that part).

Great clothing at an excellent price. Finding clothes that fit me (athletic build with slim waist, wider chest, and slightly larger arms) can be especially tough, but I can always count on this place to have my size. I've never been disappointed. Very helpful staff as well.

Banana republic clothes are only good the same day you get it. After you start washing them and wearing them more they look old and shrink. Clothes at Costco are way better quality

As long as you don't forget this is an outlet you should be fine. Not all sizes available for every item and some clearance items appear shop worn, but if you are a careful shopper who likes great style at a decent price, bargains can be had. Check all buttons and zippers while you wait in line.

I bought several hundred dollars worth of clothes 2 weeks ago. Since then, they had a sale for an additional 20% off. I called them about price protection policy and they would not extend this offer to me unless I brought all of the clothes back for a return, and then repurchase everything all over again. What a poor, restrictive policy that serves the store and wastes a customer’s time. This could be simply resolved with my receipt They can keep the 20%, I won't be returning to Banana Republic again.
