I bought my pool from Olympic Pools and Spas many years ago . I recently purchased a clear blue mineral system from them as well. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service . Highly recommend them .

Dropped in to inquire about a hot tub. They showed me various models. Did up a quote. Quote was done right. Told me exactly what I was getting. Friendly staff, helpful with questions. Emailed my quote. When I am ready to buy, this will be the place.

Had a new inground pool installed by Olympic Pools this fall. We were so impressed from start to finish with the process. Alison was WONDERFUL to deal with - never pushy, never made us feel pressured and always there to answer any questions that we had, no matter how small! All of the support contractors that were recommended to us were also equally exceptional to deal with. LOVE our Titan Heater - thanks to it, we got to swim in October!! Counting down the days until we can open it in the spring!!!

Parts were missing from closing last year ( no one's fault) and Donna went above and beyond to get me looked after. 2 little rubber O rings caused complete chaos when trying to open my friends pool. It was getting frustrating and Donna realized that and talked to reps, installer's and staffing but got to the bottom of it and she was able to get the parts I needed. No charge. Thanks Donna.

The Customer Service is Above and Beyond Exceptional !! My wife and I do not live in the Sydney area, we live in Halifax so sadly not regular customers. Regardless of this Pat, Allison and the wonderful and helpful staff of Olympic Pools and Spas went out of their way to assist us on two separate occasions earlier this summer when getting our pool up and running looked to be impossible. This will not soon be forgotten and we look forward to sending whatever business we can their way in the future !All the best !Andrew and J

I hired Alison in the spring of 2021 to install an inground pool at my newly renovated house. She was a top notch advisor on everything pool related given that I was a novice (first time pool owner). All of her recommendations ranging from layout, design, fencing, to functionability were outstanding. Alison followed up with every aspect of the build and it went very smoothly with tremendous results. The gals in the office, Carole Anne and Dona, are always pleasant and friendly when calling. I continue to hire Olympic Pools to open and close the pool every year and the service from these guys is amazing. Mike and Aaron are very personable guys and know their stuff! Thank you for all you have done.

They did a wonderful job installing my pool a couple of years ago. Since then I get them to open and close my pool every year. Great service, friendly staff. I highly recommend them!
