I was reffered to Janeck because I had been experiencing neck pain for over a week and despite getting other types of body treatments the pain was still present. I truly enjoyed my experience- the space is beautiful with a peaceful and warm energy. The treatment was enjoyable yet I could feel all the work being done. Janeck was grounded and his approach made me feel listened to and taken care of. 48 hours after the session I felt a significant difference in my whole body and the pain had subsided greatly.

The massage was very relaxing and, for once, I really had the feeling of getting a relaxing massage for full 60 mins. Janeck makes you feel very comfortable and knows how to put you into a very relaxing environment. He really adapts his massage to the reasons why you came to see him in the first place and will give you a diagnostic after the treatment. Janeck has both osteopathic + massotherapic background, which makes the massage being even more efficient. I'll be back - for sure.

Janeck is the best osteopath in Montreal.. I had a chronic tension injury in my neck, shoulder, elbow, and wrist because of lab and computer work, and after few sessions with Janeck most of the pain is gone and I can move my neck and arm with no pain... I wish if someone 4 years ago when my pain started told me about Janeck!! He is incredible.. go and see him without any doubt

I went because my back muscles felt like there seizing up and that there was a bit of a block/jam in my back. After each session, I experienced relief; and after two sessions, my back issues completely went away. The experience was so different to conventional manual therapy. It mix of breath work, and manual therapy - but there was an element of introspection that made you feel very connected to your body.

I have had three appointments with Janeck so far and have felt a significant improvement in back in terms of mobility and pain reduction. I also really like that he offers a holistic approach. Definitely a very good osteopath in Montreal.

Janeck offers a holistic approach to his osteopath practice in Montreal. I’ve had spinal injuries and struggled with sciatic nerve pain for years, by working with Janeck, he helped me over come some of the emotional aspects of pain that’s related to my physical pain.
