I have always had a great experience any of the numerous times I've been in Pak Mail to send my packages. It doesn't matter who I am dealing with or what I have to send. Everyone is extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, courteous and polite yet very professional. For me, it's stress free transactions.

It is so inconvenient that the working hour is not updated when they decide not to open in a specific day. I do not have a car and took a long way to get there and collect my package. But saw a notice on the door that due to unforeseen reason they are closed! Should I call everywhere before I go to make sure it is open? I am a student and due to limited working hours of this place I need to leave school earlier than usual to collect the package I really need. So much disappointing.

Outstanding customer service and EXTREMELY kind and helpful staff. Lance helped me find the most affordable and timely shipping service and packed my fragile goods (plant cuttings) with the kind of care that was above and beyond anything I had expected. Highly recommended, will be returning and recommending to friends and family.

5 stars is not enough for Lance and the other employees at Pak Mail southside! They are extremely friendly and helpful and the rates they offer coincide with what you'll find online. I wish all businesses were like this Pak Mail location!
