I work Sofina for 20yr, all supervisors and the workers we together work like family team everyone cooperate each other to achieve the goal. Since 2021yr end I took retirement. But still I wish to go back and join again with them as I lost my Sofina family members

bought chicken chunks got no sauce waited 2 month for refund none ever came now they hide any number to calll no one picks up i will go look at a box at the store.just spoke to wendy at customer service they had no idea what coupons.so now it has to be reviewed .done buying anymore janes products.they sell empty boxes and hide when it comes to refunds departmentand factorys can do way better shame on you

I used to work there (at Burlington).... everything was going good after which they terminate me without any reason.... they just called me to supervisor and gave me termination letter. When I asked for reason , they said we are owner we hire people in need, we fire people when there us no need so that we don't need you anymore and no need to give any reason to you.......... Sofina is not a bad place to work but my experience at end was not good because they didn't gave me any warning before termination if i did any mistake.

Sofina foods are hiring part time general labours for full time hours and no benefits or overtime pay. I quickly questioned Naomi Duavis since then I've been ignored and a new job posting on indeed states looking for full time general labours, benefits included. I reapply and was declined for no reason. I have experience, clean criminal record, punctual, hardworking and live up the street. Horrible HR department.

Good place to work with lots of opportunities to learn. However, I wish they would stop hiring inexperienced forklift operators. Everyday working at sofina I feared for my safety and that of others.

they hire you just to let you go days later. made me pay for a covid test which was 40$ just to let me go 2 days later along with 25 other people.someone there told me this was there 4th time getting let go from this place you get hired just to be let go. id give this 0 stars if possible. dont waste your time.
