Very happy with Tracey.

Careful of the owner selling overpriced ratty root wig rude to me about wanting to try on another one..tells me no..go to Vancouver..the iskan doesnt have right kind of stores for wigs. Hes trying to sell a hundred dollar wig for 400..not a nice guy.

OMG, I love my wig! Zaina was fabulous at finding the perfect wig for me. I have alopecia and have always felt self conscious. From the moment I walked into the salon, Zaina put me at ease and I felt totally comfortable while she taught me all about wigs. She explained the many options, styles, and colours; I had so much fun trying them on. After much laughter, Zaina selected the perfect wig for me and spent extra time styling it. I’ve had fun surprising my friends and family with my new look, and I feel great wherever I go. Thank you, Zaina, for your expertise and kindness. (While I’m confident it won’t fall off, I’ll still avoid the salt and pepper shaker at the PNE!)

I LOVE this place!!! Not only do I love my stylist Tracy Hartman, but I love the vibe here and how happy and comfortable they make you feel when you come in! This is a great place to go and the location is also awesome. I would for sure recommend to anyone!!! I feel beautiful (both outside and inside) every time I walk out of their door!! A great place to find your favourite look!! ❤️

George was great with my mom , she couldn't go down the stairs so he came outside and fitted her with a wig!! EXCELLENT COSTUMER SERVICE!!

We did walk away with a wig since we were in a time crunch; we very much appreciated that George came in to the shop to accommodate our non-standard timing. The in-store service was acceptable. The price was higher than competitors that offer the same brands of high-quality wigs. I found George to be kind and understanding, hugely professional and incredibly good at his job. He gave me the best haircut I've ever had as well as useful suggestions that helped me come to terms with my hair loss. I am grateful for his care and expertise. I will go to him when I'm ready for a wig.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! My mom is visiting from Australia and she has alopecia. While here, her current 10 month old synthetic wig suffered some irreversible friction damage in a very noticeable spot on the front of her head. We showed up fairly last minute without an appointment as we didn't have much time before heading out of town for a trip. Zaina welcomed us in, despite being very busy. She was so patient with my mother - taking the time to help her try on multiple different wigs and styles. She was so knowledgeable about the different wigs, styles, upkeep, etc. Not only this, she stayed late at the salon to cut my mom's wig exactly how she wanted it (again, she was busy with appointments & easily/understandably could have turned us away since we came in without an appointment - but she clearly cares about everyone who comes into her salon so stayed late to make time for us). She took the time to understand exactly what style my mom wanted & was so careful & precise with the cut. The wig itself is stunning, the cut Zaina did is beyond beautiful, & my mom went from feeling pretty self-conscious about the old damaged wig, to beautiful in the new one she got today. The wig quality is also gorgeous. Zaina is such a friendly & kind human - so happy to have found this lovely local business! We are so appreciative of your amazing service & the beautiful wigs you carry!
