This business is by far the best place in Victoria to get help with addictions and mental health problems they have helped me in so many ways and I highly recommend it to any 1 struggling with mental health issues or addiction

Anytime I've been down in the 'dumps in life ' for one reason or the other, addiction and Mental health reasons ,☔ Umbrella completely understands the human condition complexities and is there to put their best foot forward to put me in the right direction and helps me put my foot (feet) in the right direction.Very experienced people,and I've dealt with them several times over the years. Having Covid put me in touch with the Delivery service for my OAT. Always met either personable , professional kind outreach workers. Special shout out tho Sheila,, who was a familiar face from years at a local pharmacy. . She has a very positive vibe, easy to approach and her past work history enables her to carry on with personal relationships with clients from the pharmacy aspect. . Gaining trust ,and connecting with people afflicted with Substance use disorder, in meaningful ways is absolutely critical. . I think you may have found a gem here.... as well as all the O.W.ive seen during this time. I'm grateful for Umbrellas Society, and will be searching out opportunities for myself there. ..Thank you for being the frontline workers who are on my side. ...Maggie

Umbrella is a great place to get nonjudgmental help for substance use or support of you are a friend, partner or family member affected by substance use. They can help and they've been there.

I had some general questions today at around 9:30 am . Brianna was the lady i spoke to and she was absolutely fantastic to deal with. I would highly recommend this organization .
