I've had amazing customer service at East Side Kia. I highly recommend this Kia location, they always go above and beyond for all my car services. Chris has been one of the best staff members there to ensure I am happy with each service. Anytime I've had to drop off my car for oil change, tire change..etc. They ensure to provide me with an Uber to either work or anywhere else.I can't rave enough about them and I will be a Eastside Kia customer forever.

I purchased a 2015 Chrysler from Eastside Kia. Our salesperson was Adam. He is very pleasant and accommodating and does get back to you. Brenden in the Finance Department does answer his cell.We were promised two new tires, in addition to a stone chip filled. Auto Department informed Adam the chip could not be filled due to potential for cracking. We had to pay monies for this elsewhere.When the right rear tire was flat, the day after delivery, I realized the tires were not new after all. I texted Adam and did not get a reply. We had to get the tire repaired elsewhere. I was disappointed.Everyone needs to decide for themselves whether they want to go back.

We had a really great experience buying a car, where Jigar was amazing and very helpful. He helped us through the whole process until we got our car! Such an amazing experience!Brian from Finance team was also very thorough with all the information he provided us! Made sure to walk us through everything!We had a really great experience at this place and I would highly recommend it!

I found Eastside Kia very easy to work with. I called and told them what I wanted and they were quick to find it. A never felt pressured or like my time was being wasted. Sawar was fantastic in sales and ran through the options in the vehicle. He was great at keeping me up to date on delivery times and respectful of me living over an hour away fro them. To say this Kia location was exceptional doesn’t really do it justice. Myself and my husband were looked after by Dave & Brian when they helped us purchase 2 new vehicles. The customer service was phenomenal and they went out of their way to ensure we got everything we needed. The sportage is an amazing car in itself but this experience that they both created for us was what made us decide to buy. Definitely my dealership of choice.

Your salesman Gerhard was great to work with. He was easy to talk with and gave good options on what I was looking for. After the purchase he was again very helpful. Due to a move of offices most of the other staff were busy with other things.

I brought my vehicle in for repair, when I got it back car radio/bluetooth was not working. Asked if they could help to fix it, as it was working until we got it back. They said they would figure something out not to worry. Long story short, after trying to call them many times, I gave up and now have to figure out how to fix it myself. Eastside is not worth the risk go to South Kia for repair.

Latest UpdateAfter giving my review about their service as you could read below, the sale manager at Eastside Kia called me back and set up an appointment to fix my car.They rechecked its interior, detailed and changed new oil. My car was kept one day for whole process and I was given another car to use.Now, My car is in the best condition as it should beI guess they tried their best. I hope they will improve their services in the future.==========================There is no 0 star" in google review

Drop off was good. No long line ups. And the provided Uber rides work much better than shuttles. My only complaint was that the technician left dirty marks on the inside. And a car wash would have been nice too.
