They dont help people with disabilities, and called other people before us (they were also walk ins)

Neat and clean place. Lab technician are good and well behaved. I just didn’t like a female receptionist I met, who was little bit rude and frowning.

Very professional and super fast service. We came as walk-in and were done in 30 mins.Highly recommended.

Went to this location (Midland & Lawrence) to have my blood test and ultrasound. I did not have an appointment Was told that there could be a wait time. Waited for only 10mins. The person who did my blood test and ultrasound was a very nice person. Very professional and courteous.

I was able to find parking within a few minutes but for somebody who's never been there before it might be confusing. There should be a priority for those who are fasting to come in at the earliest time

This was my first time at this location. I booked online for myself but wasn't able to for my child who was young in age. However they took in my daughter and myself. My daughter felt faintish after withdrawing blood and they laid her down immediately with concern for her levels of anxiety and blood pressure. They were so helpful, the lab tech was so polite and made jokes with my daughter who had anxiety towards withdrawing blood that my daughter didn't even know the blood was taken already. This place was recommended to me by another location. Even though it's far from my home about a 20 minute drive . It was so worth it and will become my new go to place. Thank you to the wonderful ladies and staff here. You guys made it more manageable for my daughter and myself.

Before getting my ECG & bloodwork done, I googled the closest locations & read the reviews. The 2 closest locations had 1 star & the comments were horrifying. So I chose location 3 Midland & Lawrence. The place was bright, clean, not packed (completely following all COVID protocols,) & the staff were so friendly & welcoming! They were all wearing super cute Easter headbands, very friendly. There was a screen with my name & what the estimated wait times would be (8 mins) which was very accommodating. I sat down & 2 minutes later a very pleasant technician ushered me into a room. I told her I was nervous & she made me laugh, which eased my anxiety. She was fast & expertly painless. She was lovely, wished me a happy Easter & I left with a smile. I highly recommend this location . Working with the public isn’t easy & can be quite thankless at times so I wanted to take a minute to say thanks for great service & good vibes! Keep up the great work ladies!!

Lifelabs revolutionize the testing facility and to see your test online. The facility is clean and the staff is really nice and well behaved. Staff is wearing mask and face shield as the guidance of public health. Parking is good as boards are placed specially for Lifelabs customer's and more parking in the basement of the building.
