I purchased a used car a week ago, and finally had the chance to take it out on the highway and noticed a rattling noise coming from the drivers side which I did not notice when I test drove the vehicle. I called the dealership and spoke with Fahd ( Sales Manager) who stated to bring my vehicle in so they can have a look at it. When I arrived I went to the service desk and Trevor was absolutely nice and pulled my vehicle in to look at my drivers side mirror as I noticed it was loose and rattling. When Fahd spoke with Trevor that yes it is loose. Fahd then proceeded to tell me that my mirror would be 1000.00$ to fix and that it was “cosmetic”… You would think that a mirror is something mandatory on a vehicle as it is a safety device that is on the vehicle, even if it is the plastic housing that holds the mirror on. They wouldn’t even tighten the bolts that hold the housing on. The service manager is an absolute headache to deal with and is all about why my review from purchasing the vehicle was a 4, and wanted to rectify my review if he fixed the mirror. I called and spoke with transportation, and by law a vehicle needs to have a factory side mirror on the drivers side, which includes the housing. So NO IT IS NOT A COSMETIC ISSUE! I will never again buy another vehicle from GO Auto South, and I will never recommend them to anyone I know! Glad that this dealership likes to take advantage of people who put out the money to purchase a vehicle then when something is wrong they try and get the customer to pay outta pocket to fix something that is mandatory by LAW!

I loved how the salesmen were not pushy at all. We went around the lot trying to find a vehicle and went inside when we were greeted by Ethan Chau. From start to finish he was super kind, patient and willing to help! He gave me his honest opinion on what vehicle would be reliable for my son and I and which vehicle he’d suggest we stay away from! We had a few minor issues throughout the process which were out of everyone’s control and Go Auto remained extremely professional and willing to go out of their way to solve any issues that came up and have us walk away happy! They even delivered the vehicle to me.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!!

My experience with go auto was very professional, my sales representative Akbar is the most patient and professional sale representative I had ever seen. Good service, awesome people to deal with. I’m happy with the vehicle i bought from go auto. It would’ve been a five star but they didn’t clean the vehicle and top up the fuel tank, which i was told by one of the employee they would do before I picked up the vehicle i bought.

We had the pleasure of having Asad as our sales associate, and after a horrible experience at a different Go Auto Outlet location, he was a breath of fresh air. Asad was patient, honest, attentive and reassuring throughout the entire process. He treated us with respect, worked hard to get us the vehicle we wanted within our budget. Respecting our boundaries and never, ever being pushy or abrasive. But most of all, he was REAL. He wasn't your stereotypical car salesman" that we all dread to encounter.
