Shoppers Drug Mart

This store has been a disaster lately, I don’t know where to begin. I guess I’ll start with my awful experience witnessing one of shoppers employees falsely accusing an older couple of stealing. I was at the beauty checkout and an older couple were leaving and this employee runs up to them and ask them to take their stolen merchandise out of their pockets. The couple looked petrified and confused, they emptied their pockets and had nothing in them except random personal belongings. I was completely petrified that this was happening and embarrassed for the couple. The employee apologized and said she had “anxiety” and that’s why she accused them wrong.That was one awful experience that I witnessed, secondly there is never any regular cash open. So older adults who don’t know how to use self check out struggle, also people with cash. We don’t like self checkout, it should be an option for people who want it, not the only option. It’s nothing for me to spend 180$ at the beauty counter, and not receive a single sample. Samples are suppose to be given to customers so that they try the product and hopefully buy them.My third awful experience lately was at the pharmacy. I tried getting one of my medications and instead of it being 7$ it was 170$. This was because I switched universities and coverage had a changed, I needed to transfer my new coverage over but I didnt print out my new card. I needed my mediation, and I know for my particular medication that the pharmacist tech could go online and get a coupon. The pharmacy tech was having trouble and instead of trying to get it to work. She said she couldn’t do it and I’d just have to pay the full price because they didn’t have the time to problem solve. Mind you I am a student and 170$ per medication is a lot. I refused to pay that price per medication when I have active coverage, I switched to wal mart pharmacy. Where they were able to apply the online coupon to bring the price down to 50$ until I could get my coverage transferred over.

Bit pricey which is why it's missing it's fifth star. The staff at the beauty counter (Sue in particular) really know their stocked products. I enjoy shopping here very much. Great magazine stand also!

There was a girl as a cashier her name was kristi king I believe she was super nice and helpful I really liked her customer service

My sister and I went to buy make up ( a task that I find stressful and overwhelming ) Bethany was so helpful answering questions, offering suggestions and keeping in mind my budget. Definitely going back for more advise and make up

When a store says they are open until 10pm , they shouldn’t ignore the phone ringing at 9pm and after!

This review is long overdue and is from our visit on October 21, 2016. I would like to give a very heart felt thank you" to Kayla who works in the Photo Lab - she is amazing! I had called your store to see if photos could be scanned onto a CD to use for a slideshow for a service - not only did she say we could - but when we went in - she helped by scanning them all in (55 photos) - then she also made the copies that we needed. We truly appreciated all of her assistance and there was another person that helped as well - but Kayla was so friendly and it made a stressful time for us less so. Thank you Shopper's for hiring such great Associates in your stores."

Continuously shiny clean. Always an abundance of stock.The pharmaceutical staff, especially the owner Mitch, are knowledgeable, patient and have great empathy for customers who are experiencing person struggles.

Great people to deal with get your items easily and if you ever need any help they will be more than happy to help you in anyway you need whether it's looking for an item or help with pharmacy issues .This is a great place to shop .

Great place to shop. Michael is one of the best staff members there. Very friendly and courteous.
