Very rude lady. The husband is more decent but hes questionable as well like he is scared his wife to tell her the truth about her attitude. The things they sell is literally broken and because of their attitude I didn't want to bother with a refund. I've counted it as my loss and I know for them doing this kind of shadiness they'll get repaid for it one day. Wicked set of people.

I am not one to post or respond to reviews but, I thought I would take a moment to say, we appreciate all reviews both positive and negative as they help us better our company. I did notice a couple of reviews we would like to respond to. Firstly we do not ask for a credit card to register and we are not familiar with the person who posted that comment. Secondly, it is not a scam, we try to be honest, reasonable and fair. Some items may sell for well below retail and others at retail. We cannot control peoples bids and what they are willing to pay for the item. Most of our product is new, or like new and current. Just like in retail stores though, we can't be perfect and that is why we give our customers both a chance to preview the product and to check it after purchase to assure it is as announced. We appreciate that you can't make everybody happy but, will continue to do our best. Thank you for the kind words from some of the reviews. Come out and have a look on a Monday night.

I really love the variety of items they have on their online auctions. Had a very pleasant experience picking up my items. The woman working the front desk was so nice and great conversation... The owner as well was great and helped me choose some more products in the showroom to buy. Great deals... Great people!

Been going for a little while now and I love the people who take the time to organize everything and dedicate their energy and time into making sure every monday night is a steal of a deal. However, lately i've noticed a lot of the higher end products/items don't actually work...at all. Its a little disheartening when you snag something for a lot of money (still a steal of a deal though) and it doesn't work. Majority of the items i've tried to sell from here have sadly had to be returned to me due to them simply not working. I'm aware that there's a buyer beware" type rule set in place so I won't go out of my way to address it in physical person but I do hope if anyone who works there reads this they can maybe bring it to employees attention that they're stock piling items that don't work. I really enjoy coming here and don't want this to ruin the experience any further for myself or others

Called them regarding an invoice. The lady didn't even care to search up the invoice number or hear us out. She literally cut us off half way between saying the invoice number. It was from a previous auction so the pickup details for thursday were unclear (it only stated details for Friday and Tuesday). It was our first time at this auction so we decided to give them a call just to confirm when we could pickup. She proceeded by saying, Isnt everything already written in the email? Are you even looking at it? Im sorry

Staff seems nice and products appear decent, but I don't like that auctioneer. I've been to many an auction and I really don't like his style. If they ever did considered doing online auctions, I would definitely bid on, and buy, more.

Great staff and Auctioneer is exactly what you want from a live auction. Would give 5 stars but some products don’t work and returns are more difficult than expected. Test everything you purchase at the venue so you don’t have to return anything. Selling is a bit of a crapshoot. If your item is sold later in the evening (auctions can run as late as 11pm) you won’t get a price you wanted.

They seemed nice then what I purchased didn't work. I called and left several messages with no response. Guess there really isn't a warranty like they claim there is. Alot of the goods are discontinued online and most are only 10 to 15 per cent cheaper than retail. Not worth the hastle. Auction max has way better customer service.
