After years of trying to support our adult daughter through challenges and unhelpful assessments, we did some research and came to NEAC. We deeply appreciated the process here. The whole team took the time to really get to know our daughter and her situation. They rescheduled an assessment when it was clear she was too tired. They listened to us describe her experiences. The assessment was detailed and showed many different perspectives, and they continue to be helpful in our next steps. Thank you NEAC!

Through many challenges over 9 years trying to get my son the help he needed, This team of very experienced professionals were able to diagnose him in a short period of time. I had him assessed elsewhere and had to wait months to have it done and the results were nothing near what I got with this team. I can’t thank you all enough for your hard work and compassion!

I had contacted NEAC to have my daughter assessed for the gifted program at her school. Throughout the entire process the staff were professional, very organized, and very friendly. I highly recommend their facility for anyone wishing to have their child's educational needs assessed.

My experience with NEAC was great! All Staff members are amazing, I got a positive good impression on my first phone call, The lovely Jennifer was friendly and informative and explained the whole process, as well as the rest of admins. They have a good system in place, very organized with bookings and reminders, communication in general was efficient. Assessors were very patient, considerate and compassionate, with the amazing Dr. Grunberg, and the lovely Sarah, I'm very grateful to have had the opportunity to have my son's assessment done at NEAC. I would definitely recommend!

This is not a good place. I think they connected to specific and protected social capital. I think they practice with agenda.I would not see a doctor that is under discipline.

NEAC staff and clinicians clearly care about the children they are supporting. Their staff were friendly and helpful during the whole journey, and answered any question we had.

This was a great experience for both myself and my son. They were very accommodating and understanding and talked me through everything as well as what supports I could get with my son’s diagnosis.

My family worked with the NEAC to complete asssements for both of my daughters. After spending so much time communicating back and forth, and completing the actual assessments, I have nothing but wonderful things to say! The NEAC team is very professional, but also warm and friendly. Their administrative staff is phenomenal and incredibly helpful! All of the assessors we worked with were patient, communicative, and attentive. I know that the results we received from their work with us will have far-reaching impacts on my daughters' lives in the best ways.

NEAC has been life altering for myself and my children. I can safely say, they have a great team and a thorough and comprehensive methodology for assessing adults and children.They do more than just identifying strengths and weaknesses. Their recommendations and documentation will give a parent/guardian the roadmap to ensuring their children are set up for success. There is no option to give this place a 0 rating.The way they assess patients has to be seriously seen by someone or a regulator body. Especially if you are referred there by Erin Oaks, please don't go. The process of assessing you child is draining itself, don't make it worst by going with them.They will try to do everything very fast and after the first appointment they don't even care what you have to say. They will come with their diagnosis right after.You will feel like they don't care if there are changes. That means more work for them and they get payed only for this muchGo private. It's costly but they at least treat you and your child with dignity and take their time for a conclusion."
