My wife and I were looking to sell our condo in Toronto in order to purchase a new home in Mississauga. After reaching out to Jim at the beginning of our journey, he was not only extremely helpful in providing guidance and advice to improving the marketability of our condo, but he was also patient in ensuring we obtain the best offer when the time came to sell. The added challenge of Covid restrictions and the competitive nature of selling in Toronto has definitely made the sale much more difficult. But Jim has stayed with us the whole way and we were finally able to sell at a great price! Jim was a huge asset to our house hunting experience. We initially expressed our interest in finding our first home in July 2020. Jim listened to our needs, and provided us with various home options. We ended up deciding to wait before making any offers, but Jim kept us in the loop of any upcoming projects / listings that would suit our needs. 2020 has been quite a year for everyone! But one of the biggest highlights for my wife and myself was meeting Jim this year. Hi Everyone!Let's talk about Jim! What an amazing energy he carries and completely committed to your needs and wants. But let's start at the beginning! Truth be told I've been through 3 other agents before I found Jim and was pretty disheartened by the turn around times and lack of knowledge in general.
