I would suggest looking for a different company for your professional cleaning needs. Reasons explained below.It seemed like they would be a good company to hire to clean the carpets of the apartment I will be moving in to.A Travis got back to me ASAP when I emailed asking for a quote for approx. 600' squared place with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room to be cleaned and sanitized. First email said he was on the road and he would answer me as soon as he got back in to town. Second email, he asked for the address before he could offer me a quote. I assumed for travel costs right? I never heard from anyone in the company again. I sent another email a week later asking why there has been no reply and still have received no response several days later again.So either something terribly tragic has happened to the owners and/or employees of this business, or.... And I do hesitate to say it as my experience with such things is quite small. Racism is at play? The address is on a reserve.Anyways, just save yourself the time and effort right?Edit* I did finally receive a response from the company after I left a negative review. I quadruple checked everywhere in my email to make sure I wasn't missing a response before I posted review.I received the last email just fine. It said that they do not do carpet cleanings in the winter.Which is fine. But why not say that in the first email response to my request? Or even the second? And then why just ghost me after I sent the address for the cleaning?Wasted time and effort.

If you are looking for detail oriented cleaning, look no further. My exterior windows haven't been this clean since the day they were installed. Northstar Professional Services Inc. worked around my schedule to ensure that my exterior windows were cleaned promptly and at a time that worked for me. I've already requested a quote for interior and exterior windows for next year. Their prices are beyond fair. I would highly recommend working with them and will use their services again in the future!
