Truly enjoyable experience. All the staff are very professional, kind and patient. Was indecisive but they were more than helpful through out it all. Would totally recommend to anyone who needs a cute style or a heavy duty boot to go check this store out.

One star because the person that helped me was great but the person that helped my son was appalling! She commented on the smell of my sons current (old) sneakers and said it made her want to throw up.!!Needless to say we did not make a purchase at this store. Some customer service training would be beneficial here not to mention some tact, tolerance and empathy.

Great place, helpful knowledgable staff. I got my work boots here, Keen brand is available however it is a very limited selection. As for other shoes/boots non industrial selection is great!

Live shopping here. Stocks larger, hard to find sizes and great quality shoes. You will pay a bit more than say, Walmart....but the shoes you buy will last a hell of lot longer. Staff and owners super friendly and helpful!!
