Doctor botched an attempt to remove staples from my son’s head. Due to what appears as incorrect use of the removal tool it caused further complications and pain to my child and we had to go to SickKids hospital to complete the process. What should have been a standard 5 minute, non-painful procedure turned into a painful all day affair for my son. I will not be returning here with any of my children.

I love this after hours clinic. I have brought in my toddler 3 times and each time my experience has been positive. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The wait time is usually minimal. My son has been quickly and accurately diagnosed at every visit. When my child is sick and running a fever I'm relieved to have this group of pediatricians available to see him after hours.

I want to start by saying that I've been to this clinic many times. Every time I have received outstanding care from the doctors and staff on both the walk in clinic and kindercare the regular clinic. They are very professional and at least in my case I always felt like they really care. BUT, this poor review is about something else. We were running to bring our daughter who spent the night with fever, vomits and just woke up from her nap with a really bad rash on her face. We were hurrying up as the clinic closes at 4 pm on Sundays and we showed up at the door at 3.35 pm only to be told they they were closed for the day, that the Doctor had decided they could close early" and that if I checked on the website it said that it was at the "Doctor's discretion". What? My jaw dropped in disbelief. First of all and with all due respect you are operating a pediatrics clinic here

Doctors are very nice and helpful . Waiting time depends on how many patients are ahead of you. When I went there for the first time on a Saturday noon, there were 3 people before us, and we had to wait around 1-1n1/2hours just to go in. Next time I went on a Sunday for follow up. I was the only one and was done seeing the doctor in 45 minutes! It was worth driving there all the way from Scarborough, since I wanted to take my 3 month old to a walk in for babies only. The best thing about this place is - they are open on weekends and after hours. The staffs are very friendly as well.

The consultant that attended to my son, multiple times due to my concern about his development should not be practicing as a consultant. She missed everything.and i wasted my son's 2 years trying to find an answer. After going to a walkin clinic at just for kids. The doctor saw that my concerns are valid. And referred me to a different dev. Pedia. Please do your kids huge favour. If yiu have concerns stay away from here.

Parents, please don’t bring your kids here. This NOT a walk-in clinic, this is NOT for urgent cares as it still pops up in your search as walk-in for urgent cares. Their phone went straight to voicemail saying that they will return your call the next two business days (without mentioning that seen by appointments only). I kept calling them for 2 hours, but no one picked up. I showed up at clinic with a child with an eye infection need an antibiotic description asap. But to my surprise, they require bookings. When I showed the girls at the reception that their phone doesn’t work they just shrugged off their shoulders; they didn’t know why and they didn’t notice that the phone didn’t ring for two hours. No one is in the waiting room, but my child was refused to be seen.So, if your child plans for things to happen make your appointment in advanced or your child will be turned away.

Please note that this is NOT a walk-in clinic. It says on their website that they are walk-in, but it is actually **by appointment only**, and have been that way since the pandemic. We drove there half across the city, because our usual kids' clinic was at capacity, and this one comes up in all searches as a walk-in. We tried to call to confirm, but they did not pick up the phone, so driving there was the last resort. They refused to see our kid. Thankfully, this wasn't an emergency. They need to update their info. Hope this helps someone.

I am sorry but this is a very disappointed mother who has not been able to get appointment to see her child’s clinic even once in 2 months. When a child is sick over a weekend, obviously her regular doctors aren’t available, but that’s where a walk-in clinic comes helpful. But now, when I try to book I never get a spot.I don’t know why since Covid restrictions this place has adapted such a closed door system, when they should be easier to access. Maybe that’s the protocol! The doctors are amazing and receptionists at kindercare help a lot- but an after care clinic mustn’t be so difficult to reach.Hopefully this review reaches the management and not just for the public to see.
