I’m absolutely disgusted. And surprised that in 2022 people STILL act like this.At approximately 6pm, my boyfriend and I entered the Halifax shopping centre location.You’re incredibly terrible rude staff stood in a circle having a conversation amongst themselves. One female… 2 males. We were a little surprised that after 7 mins and a EMPTY store with NO customers.. that no one asked if we needed any assistance. Not sure if it was because I was wearing tye dye and my partner had cartoon characters all over his outfit but we definitely felt extremely judged.After 7 mins and not 3 of ur staff ask us if we need help. Funny because my boyfriend was wearing very expensive shoes.Nike ovo shoes but they were too busy talking about in exact words “ I’m so sick of these straight white men with a sense of entitlement”. We are both disgusted.Disappointed in SHOCK. We didn’t do anything and we left. Something needs to be done here and I will take this farther if not. Your staff should be ashamed

The girl with the red hair gave me excellent service and was quick to ring me up. Her energy and character really made me love this store. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Browns- Halifax shopping mall!!! I’m joyfully overwhelmed with the politeness and care from the staff. It was such a pleasant surprising experience!! If you need shoes go here first, colour doesn’t matter here. I will always be shopping here from now on!

This location was extremely helpful! The sales associate immediately came up to me and asked if I needed help as well as they were super suggestive in finding me the right size. I was buying a very expensive pair of boots so wanted to make sure I had the right style and size, definitely couldn’t have made an accurate decision without their help ! Definitely recommend this location !!

Matt the assistant manager was so helpful and courteous! He was really helpful with finding my winter boots. He went above and beyond to try and help me find the perfect fit and style for me. It was great customer service and I would definitely be back!!!! Thanks Matt & browns team.
