My garburator stopped working so I called Garburator Man. The plumbing technician was at my apartment in Vancouver in 2 hours. He installed a new garburator and disposed of the old one. He was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend garburator man.

My garburator stop working. I contacted Garburator Man and less than 24 hours got my appointment. On time, very professional. It’s took less than 30 minutes for replacing old garburator with new one. Amazing!

I had trouble with another plumbing company that kept cancelling on me. So I called garburator man and with less than 24 hours notice he showed up the next morning on time ready to go. He quoted me roughly two hours for the job but In less than 2 hours he was able to remove my garburator and replace the pumbing under my sink. He gave a reasonable price range in advance and he was able to finish the job in that range( not counting tax of course.) He took payment by e-transfer, cheque or credit card and did all invoicing and receipts through email. He was very efficient and the work was done well.

Terrible experience. Sloppy. Bad customer service. Shady marketing practices. They cannot install a simple garburator from Home Depot right. The technician arrived and entered our home without wearing a mask. When he initially installed it, he didn't test for leaks and just left. I tested it later and found a pretty obvious leak in the connection between the garburator and the pipes. When I reported the issue, I spoke to the owner (Dave) and he was very defensive about the issue, blaming the issue on garburators bought from Home Depot and saying they were all trash (FYI I purchased the top of the line InSinkerator Evolution Excel) and that his were better. He then tried to scare me into not getting it repaired by saying if the leak is because of the garburator-supplied parts rather than the plumbing, he would charge me for a whole service call. This made no sense because even if the parts were the issue, it still doesn't excuse the fact that their technician didn't test for leaks in the first place and that if he did, he could've fixed the issue right then and there.Eventually, I talked to the technician directly and got him to come and fix it. This time, he did something to make the connection fit better but left once again without making sure it was leak-proof (while I was in the midst of testing it, he quietly left without telling me or knowing the results). Thankfully it didn't leak this time but it's extremely sloppy of him to not test his own work. Now on to the shady practices. The owner of this company (Dave Jardine) operates multiple plumbing companies/websites in Metro Vancouver with no indication that they're afficliated. These sites are heavily SEO optimized and when you search for vancouver garburator"
