Paul's Boutique

Like so many others I took up guitar during the pandemic, when my Bigsby arm just fell off I was shocked at the three week turn around at some of the bigger guitar shops. So I took it to Paul's Boutique and I'm glad I did. If you have a guitar with a Bigsby tremolo that needs a tune up or strings replaced as it can a real pain to change strings with one, their tech is a pro with them. My Epiphone came back better than the original setup and the Bigsby felt way more secure and tuned. Highly recommend you go.

I've traded in so much gear there and bought so much gear there over the years, love it. Always cool stuff, staff is friendly and the prices for trade-ins are always a fair deal. I only wish they made Paul's Boutique stickers that I could put on everything!

Rad synth shop with a amazing selection of rare sought after synths. Bought my casio sk-1 here and it was described perfectly by the condition it was in and they were very friendly and reasonable shipping it out to me and they even threw in a bonus power supply. 10/10 experience definitely going to purchase more gear from them down the road.

I purchase amp years ago is was cheap price is working well for one year after that didt work i send back to repair but the guys actually didn't check properly i dont if real technicians there is like 2 times is amp comeback there and is still doest know what ia issue lol recommendations dont buy amps here buy new one if you can never in this store

A really cool shop with vintage gear. Friendly service. Was given a very nice practice room to try out a bass. Given more time, it would be a really fun place to try a bunch of guitars.

Great place for vintage music equipment. Really friendly staff, Wasn't pushy, All in all one of those great finds.

I trust these guys. Had very good luck with each piece I bought. And quick and reasonable to make a deal with - honest about value.

Best shop in the city hands down! Have sold a few things through consignment and Simone is always great to do business with. Also Andy in the repairs dept goes above and beyond! Brought a bass in today for a once over and to have set up. (After wasting 5 weeks at another shop in the city and nothing getting done.) Told Simone what I wanted done and that it was time sensitive as I have a gig next week, she told me I’d have it back within the week and 3hrs later Andy called me to tell me it was finished and ready for pickup. Absolutely amazing service, they even stayed a little after close so I could pick it up same day. They deserve 10 stars! You can’t go wrong giving them your business, always have great gear in stock as well!
