Former + Latter Fabrics
A wonderful jewel of fine fabric for sewists in Edmonton. The sisters, Monique and Nicole, are a wealth of knowledge with the beautiful fabrics and the Closet Core patterns they carry. They are quick to make suggestions for what fabric to use and other pattern sources. Currently only open limited hours this passion project will soon become your go to stop for the beautiful clothes you want to make.Oh and you can order online as well. See the website!

Former + Latter Fabrics
I’m so glad I checked this place out today! It’s not the biggest selection but the quality was top notch.I’m getting back into sewing as a hobby and the store/owners are very approachable. I don’t necessarily find that at the bigger stores.They also clearly know what kind of fabric selection people want for modern clothing and they had great knowledge about their products. I’ll be back!

I had a great first visit to former + latter fabrics. Monique gave a great description of the fabrics that were in store. We really enjoyed chatting with her about different patterns and fabric. Her passion for fabrics and sewing is evident!
