Our furnace brokedown on Tuesday, December 20, the coldest day of the week. I just searched in the internet and decided to give them a calll based on the reviews of previous customers. True enough with what I read from the reviews, Marcus, the guy I spoke with came on time and by just hearing the sound our furnace made he was able to point out exactly what the problem is. He worked professionally and efficiently. He even phoned us the next day to follow up if everything went well. I totally will recommend him to my family and friends.

My hot water tank broke and it was -40 outside. When Marcus was not able to come right away, which was understandable, he helped me to find someone else who could and followed up with me multiple times. As he had the lowest rate for hot water tank installs, after calling around 5 more places, I decided to wait for his availability. Marcus is a very honest business man and very professional. Him and his worker hauled away my old hot water tank and they did the install in less than two hours. He also took the time to look at my humidifier for leaks and showed me how to use the tank, including reading the pilot light. He also helped me to fix a shut off valve for a very reasonable rate. Would definitely recommend. Best of all, he also guarantees his work and provides immediate digital copies of invoices and offers a wide variety of ways to make payment (ie. email transfer).
