Horrible Company. The driver of the bus struck me on 5th Avenue in the middle of New York City and then fled the scene. I chased after him, yelling for him to stop. However, when I finally caught up to him, he looked at me, put his sunglasses on, and drove away. The Company refuses to reimburse me for anything. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, for their own safety.

I rented from this company recently and my experience was overall very positive. Everything on the day of rental happened very smoothly. Our driver Patrick was excellent.The only issue I have is that the company initially told me the bus would have 56 seats. They then informed me close to the event that the bus would have 58 seats, which means I had been turning away participants to my event unnecessarily. The driver then informed me the day before the event that his bus had only 56 seats and two were broken (so only 54). Thankfully I had cancellations so it was fine, but this could have been a major issue. It is imperative for the number of seats not to change on your clients. Especially not twice. That’s the only reason I’m removing a star.** UPDATE: as much as I appreciate the apology below, your driver told me the day before the event that he had only 54 seats to offer. You say those two broken seats were “still accessible”, but this is not what I was told. I was told they were not.Telling your client the day before the event that they have 4 fewer seats (54 down from 58) is not even close to acceptable.
