Erin has been my go to yogi since I found her when I moved to Woodstock in 2020. If it wasn’t for her guiding me I’d be completely lost in Woodstock, and my body, and brain, would be a mess.Erin’s classes are amazing. From yin to flow, she has the expertise to instruct any yogi, new and experienced, young and old.Erin’s FST and Thai Restorative classes are a game changer. If you’re stressed and your body is holding on too tight, these services will deeply nourish you.I literally can’t say enough good things about Erin. I had my first FST session with Erin and it was fabulous! The setting is very relaxing and Erin did an excellent job working out all my kinks. Felt so much better after the session and the benefits are still being felt the next day. Will definitely be booking another session.
